Amanda Foor

Amanda Foor (International Queen of Queens) received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico in 2006 where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Panhellenic Vice President. Currently, Amanda is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at New Mexico Highlands University. Amanda works as a public relations practitioner for one of New Mexico's top public relations firms in addition to owning a consulting company that focuses on preparing children and teens for pageant competition.

Amanda is involved as a community activist. As a survivor of sexual assault, Amanda is very involved in advocacy work for victims of violent crimes and domestic violence. She is a member of the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network's Speakers Bureau and has had the opportunity to educate thousands about preventing sexual assualt in their communities. Amanda is also active in raising awareness of reform for crime victims' rights and looks forward to using her international title to further this mission.

Amanda, along with her husband of nearly four years (and their very rambunctious dog), make their home outside Albuquerque, New Mexico. Originally from Western Pennsylvania, the Foors are proud to be a black and gold family and spend football season cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Amanda also enjoys preparing and serving English tea, writing women's fiction, watching classic movies and participating as a member in several civic and professional organizations.
