Meet The 2009 Royalty

The 2010 Pageant is hereby postponed until further notice. Thank you for understanding. Even though no entries are currently being accepted and the pageant is on hold, watch for updates on our 2009 royalty.

Thank You 2008 International Queens!

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

On our road of life each of us will set out to reach many goals and achievements, but it’s never the destination that is the most important part, it’s each of those journeys that has helped us along, has made us stronger and has made us who we are today.

As your International Queen of Queens 2008, I set out on my quest to reach further than I had before to those in need. The opportunities I have experienced, the people I have met along the way and the lessons I have learned are ones that I will cherish and carry with me for the rest of my life.

As this chapter of my life comes to a close, a new one has just begun, and I can only hope that it is both as challenging and rewarding as this one has been.  I would like to thank Lacey and the staff of the International Queen of Queens Pageant for allowing me this opportunity.  As I pass the torch (or Tiara!) to my successor, I wish to also pass on a few words of wisdom;

1. Be proud of not only what you are but WHO you are, your confidence is one of your most important assets.

2. Your crown and your sash are your tickets into worlds you might never experience otherwise. Take every opportunity you are presented with!

3. And most importantly, there is no title too big or too small. It’s what you do with it that makes all the difference.

I wish only the best of luck to you all, congratulations to all of our new queen and remember; all that glitters is not rhinestone, it’s you ;)

Best Wishes,

Marissa J. Mitchell

International Queen of Queens 2008

During my reign as Miss Queen of Queens, 2008, I have had the most incredible experiences. I have laughed and cried and have come to the aid of many families struggling to make it day to day. The most memorable, a baby without the gift of sight. Through my work with Champs Help Association Inc. and others organizations, $60,000.00 has been raised to provide the medical attention he so deserves.

Congratulations to the 2009 queens. Your reign will be as wonderful as you make it. Live each day to the fullest. Make a difference, everyday.  Be a positive role model for millions of children. They look up to you. You give them hope. Find good each and everyday. Most of all, enjoy this incredible opportunity you have been given.

Thank you to The Queen of Queens Pageant, the director Lacey and staff for giving me the honor of being your Miss Queen of Queens 2008. I will cherish this experience and continue to be a positive role model and make a difference everyday.

The time has come to pass the crown. It seems like just yesterday the crown was bestowed upon me. I will forever remain, your Miss Queen of Queens, 2008.

Thank you so very much,

Amanda Mazzie
